Responsibilities:
- Account Development: Drive the growth and development of current accounts by identifying opportunities for expansion and additional services.
- Pre-Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales department to support pre-sales activities, including creating proposals, attending client meetings, and presenting solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of pre-sales efforts with project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and our internal team, ensuring clean and effective communication.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle by overseeing testing and quality control processes.
- Provide regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and any issues that need resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in account development and pre-sales activities.
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
