About the project
Swiss company specializing in advisory services in the area of compliance, risk management and legal advice for financial service providers. In addition to the advisory services, they provide a web solution to support their customers in the implementation of regulatory requirements to ensure compliance in all material aspects. Project goal is the redesign of the current web application making it optimized and user-friendly and, thus, putting it on top of its market niche.
Responsibilities
- Product research
- Close cooperation with all stakeholders and development team
- Identifying business strategies and goals
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Gap analysis
- Preparation of inputs for a UI/UX designer
- Creation and maintenance of business and software requirements documentation
- Prioritizing requirements based on business needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of practical experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience of work in the fintech domain
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent soft skills Experience in Customer-facing communication
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation
- Hands-on experience with Jira
- Level of English — advanced (spoken/written)
