Role outline
DICEUS is currently hiring a Channel Sales Manager.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will develop and implement commercial and strategic relationships with companies that can be our resellers.
You will be responsible for the following activities:
- Developing good and strong relationships with existing and new partners
- Provide training and onboarding for new partners
- Finding and managing partners
- Defining business goals and project timelines
- Establishing repeatable, data-driven practices
- Maintaining a program that drives revenue and retention

Responsibilities
- Develop, enable, and monetize existing partners
- Create strategies to find and manage new partners
- Establishing effective lead generation through partnerships with leading technology companies such as Microsoft, Google, and Amazon
- Conduct market research
- Collaborate with internal teams like Marketing and Sales Team, Delivery Team, etc.
- Develop Ideal Partner Profiles and improve partner engagement
- Develop necessary assets together with the Marketing Team
- Present our services to new partners
- Prepare for and provide training and webinars for partners
- Create and send regular reports, forecasts of sales, etc.
- Prepare for and present quarterly reviews of goals set
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Channel Sales Manager or other relevant sales experience in IT
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- A customer-centric, consistent, and persistent person
- At least 1 year of SaaS business development experience
- Analytical thinking, a good understanding of technology, and business strategy
- Strong executive skills and ability to manage a wide variety of relationships
